Abstract :
The TDS and FDS spreading is already proposed for the ECMA368 thanks to its benefits. For example, this technique provides greater flexibility in the Multiband Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (MBOFDM) system. However is not used for high flow rates. Then a new approach is needed to combine time and frequency spreading, or hear their use for broadband. In this paper, we propose a new solution, which exploit the temporal and frequency diversity TDS and FDS for broadband, to increase the MBOFDM system performance. The simulation results show that the proposed method improves the performance significantly comparing to the standard scheme. A gain of approximately 3 dB in the terms bit error rate (BER) when the data rate is 480 Mbps is achieved.
