Abstract :
In order to improve the utilization of renewable energy in power system, it is needed to address the power fluctuation problem caused by grid interconnection of renewable energy power generation. A real-time dispatch method of energy storage station to smooth active power fluctuation is proposed in this paper. The real-time dispatch strategy is designed to smooth active power difference fluctuation by constantly updating renewable energy power output and predictive values of the load demand, to dispatch the energy storage station real-timely. The simulation results show that active power fluctuations are smoothed by the real-time dispatch strategy of energy storage station and power quality of renewable energy is improved.
