Abstract :
Due to diverse configuration of active distribution network (ADN) and non-centralized participants´ behaviors, it is hard to balance varying supply and demand by means of centralized optimal method. This paper proposed an Agents-based power scheduling strategy for active network management (ANM) with hierarchical framework. The iterative operation behaviors of ADN were dynamically divided into several distributed decision processes performed by a number of smaller Agents referred as energy sections involving controllable active resources. The investigated interactive scheme among Agents who response others consuming or generating requirement according to local operating status is helpful to make full use of highly dispersed active resources. The investigated strategy encouraged active components belonged to different owners to act in a practically autonomous way to establish feasible self-balanced condition, which also facilitates the higher penetration of clear energy and less power supply variation.
