Abstract :
Security in energy and power industry is historically a hard-to-solve topic. In this paper, according to the current security improvement trend, we describe a new architecture called SecureRTU (SRTU) aiming at securing the management of the RTUs configuration workflow. SRTU supports Integrity, Authenticity and Non Repudiation leveraging on Digital Signatures and can be combined with other security services and protocols (e.g., IEC 62351).
