Abstract :
Analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) are devices which accept entrance analog signals and generate digital signals corresponding to them, suitable for processing by microprocessors and other digital devices. Requirements to ADCs constantly become tougher: they should provide high frequency and accuracy of transformation, to have a wide bandwidth and the big dynamic range. That´s why it is important to design ADC with high accuracy.
