Abstract
Socio-economic transformations taking place in contemporary Russian society have significantly changed its social and cultural life, reflected its most radical changes, both in the socio-economical and political area, and in the sphere of morality. On the one hand, society has accumulated vast spiritual and moral experience, gained wide recognition ideas of humanism, kindness, and justice. On the other hand, lack of moral compass and patterns of behavior led to the phenomena of dehumanization and immorality in today´s society, the ambivalence of moral views, person´s senseless inner world. Adolescence, characterized by the complexity of psychological processes is the most susceptible age to the negative social impacts. Under these conditions, there is an acute need of student´s personality moral development, based on his (her) active life position, in relation to the outside world, focused on human values. The goal of the study was to identify and theoretically prove the model and pedagogical conditions of student´s personality moral development in the engineering higher educational institution environment.
