Competency-build approach to the unitizing of vocational schools

In this work the important task of the determining of main necessary competences for vocational schools has been solved. The main steps of curriculums´ unitization have been proposed. The basic groups of competences for the specialists of sewing industry have been rationalized. The main differences in competences´ formation for the vocational schools were found following the analysis of different Europeans curriculums. Besides that, were proved that diversities complicate middle ranking workers´ mobility and possibility of job connection beyond their country significantly. As a result, the alternative variant of competences´ allocation has been proposed.
