Abstract :
We are interested in this paper in the collaborative and active learning in engineering education. More precisely, the purpose of our paper is to describe an innovative educational reform within our engineering school. Such new learning methodology aims at forming operational engineers. We describe a learning framework where academics, professionals, students collaborate together to achieve not only learning objectives but also professional skills. We focus on the particular case of speciality assigned students, more precisely on financial computer science field. Our framework is team-based work where students who are faced a professional situation, have to learn through real problem and apply their achieved learning to the same problem.
