Work in progress: All Round Questionnaire (ARQ) as the tool for raising quality of teaching

In the present conditions of world political and economic uncertainty making predictions concerning the structure and development of a labor market becomes more and more difficult. That is why graduates need to be mobile. However, for producing mobile graduates - in terms of social, professional, or academic mobility - higher educational organization should provide high quality of education, which means meeting the needs of all interested parties.
