Abstract :
The paper is devoted to describing a new innovative interdisciplinary two year Masters Program “Safety of Civil Engineering Critical Infrastructures and Territories” developed from scratch by the authors in the Civil Engineering Institute of the Ural Federal University. The Program is in its third year of highly successful implementation. It is given in Russian and English and is based on the newest paradigm of critical infrastructure resilience, and, via this notion, to regional resilience and safety.
