Abstract :
This paper investigates the problems of exponential admissibility (regularity, causality and exponential stability) and L2 gain analysis for a class of discrete-time switched singular state-delayed systems under average dwell time (ADT) switching. A new sufficient condition ensuring the exponential admissibility of the system is first presented. This condition is equivalent to the recent result proposed in [17] but comprises less matrix variables. Then, based on this, a normal L2 gain performance index of the system is derived by appropriately prolonging the ADT required for system admissibility. Finally, a numerical example is presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
