Abstract :
The heterogeneity in mobility management is an emergent technologies means that mobility management has got to deal with changing operational environment by cogniging the environmental changes and adapting accordingly. In this proposed technique we have considered a primary network and a secondary network which are linked through a communication channel. In each cluster we have taken 14 mobile users. There may be more the one secondary network near to the primary network the efficient network has been chosen or selected basing on the network selection time concept. The aim of this article is to calculate the power consumption in dbm with respect to the speed graph while considering the network interval times at 5sec,10 sec,15 sec and at any dynamic time interval for which a new node or secondary node is selected for mobility. In the similar way the network selection delay time vs. Speed curve is being calculated. This curve shows the selection time when any mobile node gains control in the secondary network moving from a primary network. The Interval time 5sec. 10 sec 15 sec. and dynamic time is chosen where at this intervals an existing nodes discovers its probability of choosing nearest node as its secondary node. The chosen area for this operation is 250 * 250 meter.
