Abstract
This paper considers a traffic flow based on a stochastic cellular automaton model from the viewpoint of the efficient uses of single lane traffic resources in an ideal fast car moving. Our problem is to clarify how boundary and fluctuation effects from psychological aspects are related to a traffic flow. This paper shows that we can see a phase transition at some traffic flow in fundamental diagrams (flow versus density). There, the traffic flow has remained in a small change by updating the distribution of car speed, while the car densities have been changed drastically.
