Abstract :
In the paper on the basis of the finite-element method the possibility to create a broadband polarizer in an aperture of an antenna array for operation in a sector of scan angles of ±45° and more is shown. The calculations of angle responses and radiation patterns of the developed model of a broadband four-grid 45° rotator of polarization are given in a sector of scan angles of a ±60° in two planes (E and H) in the frequency range 8 to 18 GHz; reliability of model is confirmed.
