Abstract :
We report here the design and fabrication of transfer-printed four-color multi-junction 4×4 Si/InGaAs membrane photodetector focal plane arrays. Based on the penetration depth dependent absorption of different wavelengths, filter-free color detection can be obtained via four-junction photocurrent measurement and imaging fusion processes.
