Abstract :
This paper presents simulation of thermal cycling and lifetime estimation of output dc-dc module transistors during operation under maximum load. Output dc-dc module with parameters 500 A and 25 V is part of modular platform power supply PS15000-25D, with output parameters of 15000 A and 25 V, which was developed for the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, JINR, Dubna, Russia.
