Abstract :
Modernization requires high quality teaching, which provides the platform for lifelong learning combining organized training and self-development in person or in a virtual form. The basic function of adult teaching was to supplement the missing theoretical information, however today the tendency has changed. Many people want to have higher qualifications which develops their basic training, others need these courses to achieve the university qualification to step forward in their current carrier, and just as many adults want to learn something completely new and start a carrier in a different filed. In today´s higher education the use of e-generation in teaching has a center stage. Using electronic intercommunication tools, the adults who start higher education, can easily access the universities´ teaching material, which means that teaching is no longer restricted by time or place. Virtual placements add particular value to traditional education, as well as to distance education.
