Intelligent advisory systems and information technology support for decision making in tourism

In this paper the analysis of researches and developments of information technologies for decision support and analysis in the field of tourism was done. The decision-making technologies were classified for different members of the tourism market. The modern tendencies and development directions of decision support technologies were analysed for tourists of different marketing categories. The need for development of information technology tools was proved to provide personalization, optimization and support for tourist in all phases of his travel using modern technologies of data mining combined with GIS functionality.
