Abstract :
In order to help in the calibration process of the soil moisture map produced by current (SMAP) and future (SAOCOM) missions, a dense network of automatic soil-moisture probes has been set in Monte Buey (Córdoba, Argentina). A series of intensive calibration campaigns were done over the last two years to calibrate the sensors and validate the soil moisture map at various scales. Some of the results are presented here.
