Abstract :
In China, for the complex geological environment and climate variability, geological disasters have occurred frequently. Disaster, people, environmental factors, geographical features, socio-economic status bring emergency management enormous complexity and difficulty. Geological disasters are large intractable problems, so information technology must be integrated together to collect, transmit, and analyze the data of the natural disasters. In order to enhance the ability of governments to effectively protect people and property, and to rapidly recover, fast hazard mapping system for geological disaster emergency rescue services is an effective method. The mapping system is composed of three parts, real-time monitoring system, local hazard database, and regional empirical model for mapping. Expertise model and Logistic statistical regression model are adopted to develop the empirical model. A heavy rain demonstrated the efficiency of the system. The hazard map supplied important disaster and emergency information.
