Abstract :
We performed initial experimental studies on inducing crystallisation in amorphous organic compounds with intense terahertz radiation generated by the free electron laser FLARE of the FELIX Laboratory. By performing careful experiments we minimized the role of thermal heating and show that there is a different behaviour between THz-induced and thermal-induced crystallization.
