  • Abstract
    The heterogeneous integration of InP into a silicon photonics platform enables the integration of diverse photonic elements in a cost-effective manufacturing process that fundamentally changes how photonic transceivers can be pack aged and integrated in to systems. This paper describes Aurrion´s technology and provides some recent experimental results at the component and system level.
