            Abstract : 
We consider a class of discrete-time systems with saturation previously discussed in the literature. The class may also be represented as a Lurye system. We give a simple necessary and sufficient condition for its global asymptotic stability. The proof uses both classical multiplier theory and Lyapunov theory.
