Cloud enabled Smart video-Surveillance providing public safety assistance for vehicles

Smart video surveillance plays a key role in offering technological assistance in public safety scenarios, on account of its potential to allow events and objects to be detected in real-time. In this work, we propose a solution which involves local video streaming processing for the coupled approach deployed between remote Smart Surveillance applications and multimedia sensors embodying vehicles.
