Abstract
As a result, we can say that with the X-ray analysis of the FePt/Bi films were determined nanocrystalline phase (NCP) formation, non-equilibrium cubic Bi phase and investigated its thermal stability. It was shown that the films with high content of platinum (1–2) were thermally stable over a wide temperature range. The decomposition of NCP after heat treatment and formation supersaturated solid solution of FePt leads to an increase in coercivity up to 11 kA/m. The Fe80 Pt11 Bi9 and Fe85 Pt6 Bi9 films are characterized precision value of temperature coefficient of resistance 3−6×10−5 K−1 in initial state.
