Abstract
People with some kind of disabilities like blind people, people using a wheelchair and alzheimer patients, lose their independence. Caregivers of people who suffer from occasional memory loss, disorientation or movement problems are afraid of leave them go out alone. The m-Health field has emerged to support health services and information improving the quality of life of people with disabilities. The use of smart phones as a tool to do many daily tasks has increased the amount of health-related applications. This paper presents a mobile health cloud application that allows people with disabilities to go for a walk autonomously around a comfort zone previously set. Meanwhile, their carers are able to monitor them, track their position and to be informed when some problem occurs.
