  • Abstract
    In our previous paper on the SOTB Flex Power FPGA chip, we have reported unexpected super-linear speed up in the deep forward bias condition. In this paper, we try to clarify this super-linear speed up mechanism by reproducing the result in the circuit simulation, and to show that this acceleration is the first real-chip demonstration of the acceleration technique using front and back gate interaction called XDXMOS.
