  • Abstract
    High spatial and temporal resolution fluorescence microscopy has been widely used in many fields of scientific research, industrial inspection, quality control, criminal investigation and military etc. It is a scientific equipment that has a great significance to the development of national economy and improvement of people´s livelihood. An equipment that can observe brain neural activity of freely moving animals will greatly promote research of the biological sciences, especially in the development of neurosciences and cognitive science, it has great significance to study this major scientific issues of ‘behavioral of neural circuit basis’. To achieve the study like this relies on inventing a kind of fluorescence microscopic imaging system that is tiny, very light weight, can be installed on the animal´s head without restraint. Therefore the development of miniaturization, low-cost, high-throughput, high spatial and temporal resolution fluorescence microscopy imaging system has become a new innovation of former fluorescence microscopy imaging technology. It is expected to lead the technology into new areas of research and production, so as to bring new products and new knowledge.
