Abstract
Smart city is a dynamic combination of information technology and urbanlization development. In smart cities, there are huge amounts of digital information. The total quantity of the information is rapidly growing in the form of geometry series. The data of these information is not structured data but unstructured or half-structured data. The key problems involved in the development of smart cities are how to describe the huge, multi-source and isomerism data using semantic presentation and how to realize the data sharing and fusion framework. To tackle these problems, the presented paper exhibits the use of a new fuzzy ontology semantic recognition method for describing the typical imge data in smart cities. Based on the semantic recognition method, we then present a new data fusion and application platform for smart cities. At the end of this paper, we detail some fundamental problems of semantic annotation tag and data interconnection, and summarize the processing solutions for unstructured data.
