Abstract
For the collaborative manufacturing problem after the customer order decoupling point in mass customization, a mathematical model of collaborative manufacturing and distribution of components scheduling is proposed. As the model is NP hard problem, a heuristic algorithm which combined GA and PSO algorithm was designed and the compound algorithm was proved effective. A two-phase algorithm of GA and PSO is designed for making comparison with the compound algorithm, and the comparison result shows the compound algorithm has the better optimization effect.
