Abstract :
The heating furnace is a complex controlled object, problems of nonlinear, time-varying and delay, it is difficult to model in the actual application and control. Based on the analysis of the insufficiency of the conventional fuzzy PID controller, through the observation of heating furnace temperature curve of typical, and points out how to introduce integrators and how to adjust the fuzzy rules in order to make the controller more meet the control requirements, and then design a new fuzzy PID a with intelligent integral controller. Through practical application, compared with the ordinary controller, the controller has low overshoot and short adjusting time advantages, combined with the characteristics of the heating furnace is improved, which has strong applicability and the ability of anti interference. The simulation results show that, the algorithm in overcoming the nonlinearities, pure lag etc., excellent performance, better to improve the control quality.
