Abstract :
This study puts forward an assessment method of the user experience on the basis of fuzzy assessment. An assessment system of user experience is set through the example of smartphone and all indexes of the system are quantified by the evaluation methods of behavioral measurement, performance measurement, and self-evaluation measurement. Quantitative evaluation of user experience depends on the output of comprehensive grade of the user experience, the counting of experts´ weight, the building of membership function, the input of quantification value of various indexes and the building of fuzzy assessment model. The study shows that fuzzy comprehensive assessment method evaluates the user experience of products effectively.
