Abstract :
Long term evolution (LTE) is a new generation of cellular communication system. Besides its technical advantage, private LTE network is suitable in the application of Power system. In the heterogeneous environment of private/public LTE networks, a multi-functional, intelligent CPE must be researched. In this paper, three functional module of CPE are studied and implemented. Vertical handoff algorithm for heterogeneous networks based on fuzzy controller is introduced in CPE, moreover, the fuzzy system is reduced by rough set theory which reduces lots of computational complexity, additionally, computer simulation proves the suitability of this method. Secondly, NAT mechanism implemented by IP tables in Linux operating system is embedded in CPE to realize the network data forwarding. At last, this paper also develops a user-friendly configuration module based on boa web-server.
