Abstract :
Land-use spatial districting is in essence of a problem with multi-objective optimization decision under hard constraints, this paper constructs a solving model by two core steps: one is to design multi-objective tabu search algorithm, and then design an interactive decision-making support tool. Finally, the method has been tested for farmland consolidation districting. Experimental results show that the approval method can provide scientific and intelligent decision-making support for the formulation and implementation of the regional land-use planning.
