Abstract :
The traditional oil cooling method is replaced by the semiconductor refrigeration technology, the design of a new type of semiconductor refrigeration system is applied to oil source temperature control. The mechanism of semiconductor refrigeration is analyzed, hot and cold end temperature difference of the device (Th-Tc) and the figure of merit of thermoelectric materials Z influence on the performance of semiconductor refrigeration system are analyzed theoretically, and then hydraulic tank semiconductor refrigeration system is established. The system is tested, the results show that the semiconductor refrigeration system can control the temperature at 37±1°C, when the environment temperature is 12°C and the initial oil temperature is 38°C, and it provides a new theoretical basis and engineering approach to solve the problem of the hydraulic oil temperature control.
