  • Abstract
Taking the 300 tons of supersized hydraulic excavators as the object of study, time-varying large inertia slewing system with pressure closed-loop control is designed and its working principle is illustrated. A mechanical electrical and hydraulic joint simulation model is established using AMESIM and ADAMS. This paper studies the influence of the position change of working device on the moment of inertia of rotary center in a working cycle and obtains the changing regularity of the moment of inertia. The adaptability of pressure closed-loop control system to different moment of inertia is also researched. The simulation results show that, it can be obtained to realize quick start and brake of time-varying large inertia slewing system, reduce pressure impaction and get precise rotating angle though pressure closed-loop control.
