Abstract
Hydraulic rotation system with large inertia in the process of rapid startup and stop exits the following problems: high pressure impact during, which endangers the life of components and the rotation system, also cause high overflow loss, which results in low efficiency. In view of above problems, this paper proposes a new pressure impact method: parallel valve controlled variable damping control, that is to vary system damping by a control valve mounted to a hydraulic motor. Firstly design the proposed control system, and analyze the inhibition mechanism of parallel valve controlled variable damping on pressure shock is analyzed on the base of mathematic model, at last study control characteristics of valve-pump parallel controlled variable damping through experiment, and formulate a setting principle of controlled valve parameters. Parallel valve controlled variable damping control would provide a pressure control method of rapid startup and stop stages with strong engineering applicability and broad range of suitability for closed hydraulic rotation system with large inertia.
