  • Abstract
    Gear type synchronous motors are widely used in hydraulic synchronous systems, to ensure all hydraulic actuators move in same speed and same displacement. If the loads on each hydraulic actuator are unequal, the internal leakage will affect its synchronous precision seriously. To compensating the different of load pressure, a pressure compensation valve is designed and set in the gear type synchronous motor to improve the synchronization precision. And use AMESim software to verify the effectiveness of the load compensation valve.
