            Abstract : 
Applying pneumatic servo control technology in pressure controller can realize quick response and high precision of air pressure control. By building the math model of air pressure controller system, the numerical simulation model is established and simulation is conducted in Simulink environment. And PID controller is adopted in simulation model. The results of simulation prove the mathematic model and reveal some characteristics of practical air pressure control system. Based on the theory discussed, a type of air pressure controller is developed and high precision and dynamic characteristics are achieved.
