  • Abstract
    A novel fast low-cost liquid surface tension measuring method combining contact angle with capillary phenomenon, through the common image processing software to analyze and process experimental data was proposed in this paper. What´s more, a fast accurate low-cost measurement of contact angle utilizing the length method and the common image processing software was adopted. A rapid simple low cost measurement of liquid viscosity through a simple capillary viscosity measuring device was presented. Moreover, elaborations of those relevant measurement principles were represented. The whole methods´ accuracy and feasibility were verified by the comparisons and analyses of the experimental data.
