Abstract :
As the main noise source of high-speed train, aerodynamic noise has a great influence on surrounding environment and ride comfort, which a thorough understanding should be obtained. In this paper, fluid wave equation is constituted based on the fluid dynamics theory and the generation mechanism of aerodynamic noise is analyzed. Then, three-dimensional physical model of the high-speed train is established, the steady flow field around the high-speed train is simulated. Finally, aerodynamic noise source on surface of the train is calculated. The results show that dipole source is the dominant source and surface pressure fluctuation is the root cause of aerodynamic noise. The sound power level of nose cone of the head car and the bogie area is higher than other parts of the train.
