Abstract :
According to complexity characteristics of complex movement of forging manipulator, a multi-field co-simulation model was built based on virtual prototyping, which was composed of mechanical system sub-model, hydraulic system sub-model, control system sub-model and model interface. Then the factors of control characteristics of continuous complex movement were researched in this paper. The results showed that accumulator parameters, pump displacement and forging frequency were comprehensively affected on the control characteristics of continuous complex movement. The optimized parameters of accumulator could effectively reduce the installed power of system, and increasing the pump displacement could improve the consistency of continuous complex movement. The results could provide theoretical basis of optimal design of hydraulic control system and improve the control characteristics of continuous complex movement of forging manipulator.
