Abstract :
In this paper, we propose to integrate the calculation of a radiated field in circuit simulators. The method is to develop a generic model of the radiated magnetic field by a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) in VHDL-AMS. From the developed model, we can calculate the radiated magnetic field for any power electronics circuit. To validate the method, we have calculated the radiated magnetic field by a rectangular loop created by the placement of four PCBs. We later compare the obtained results to those obtained by calculations using numerical methods and analytical equations of the radiated magnetic field by a rectangular loop.
