Abstract :
This work considers the problem of the GRID-computing concept application, where user computing resources are provided as a service. The prototype of hybrid reconfigurable system for high-performance computing is presented in this paper. The developed system will integrate CPUs, GPUs, and hardware FPGA based accelerators into a single environment, allowing scientists to conduct researches that require large-scale computations.
