  • Abstract
    The paper presents innovative approach for integration of scientific electronic libraries as basic e-learning resource into social networking practices to facilitate a new methodology for effective ICT use in higher education. Various forms of combining e-libraries with effective tools of academic social networks are under discussion. Implementation and approbation of theoretical principles in educational processes is presented in the form of experimental course curriculum.
