Abstract :
Resource scheduling is a main research direction of cloud computing technology. In the emergency material dispatch, the unexpected event has the characteristics of high uncertainty and strong destructive. Therefore, the demands for accuracy and timeliness of data analysis are very high, and only through the efficient and accurate implementation of emergency dispatch, we can get the possible realization of the maximum time benefit and minimization cost. By introducing cloud computing technology, we can make a full call to the storage resource pool and computing resource pool in the cloud computing architecture, and provide high reliability for emergency scheduling cloud storage service and efficient cloud computing services to users, thus assist emergency plan formulation, improve the efficiency of emergency material dispatch, achieve real-time emergency dispatch purposes. In this paper, we study on the architecture of cloud computing technology as the starting point, research on the application of cloud computing in the field of emergency material dispatch in the Internet of things.
