Abstract :
We develop an optical transceiver module with multi-rates and regeneration functionality, which can operate at any rate from 100Mb/s to 10.709Gb/s. Its input signal VIN-p-p, differential output VD-p-p and recovered differential clock VC-p-p are 11~1000mV, 480~660mV and 400~580mV, respectively.
