Abstract :
We propose a new structure for a monolithically-integrated PPLN waveguide circuit that ensures single-mode pumping, resulting in an efficient parametric process. Using the device optimized in a high-power-pumped condition, CW-pumped phase sensitive amplification is demonstrated.
