Abstract :
The Science and Technology Park as an important participant and promoter of regional cooperation plays a more important role in optimizing allocation of innovative resources. Relying on building innovative network systems, it is committed to improve innovative and cooperative environment as well as in other aspects. In order to have a better analysis of the mechanisms, models and paths for the Science and Technology Park, this paper builds a performance evaluation index system from several aspects such as innovative resources input, innovative cooperation chains, the output and environment. The fuzzy mathematics method is adopted as an evaluation of the performance of the cross-regional innovative cooperation of the most important Science and Technology Park in China-Zhongguancun. The paper can give useful inspiration theoretically and practically for the Science and Technology Park to enhance regional innovation capacity and promote innovative development of cross-regional integration.
