Abstract
In this paper, an alternative jointly optimized transceiver scheme is proposed to reduce the multi-user interference in the distributed antenna system (DAS). First a joint design for the pre-coders and combiners is proposed based on the signal-to-leakage-plus-noise ratio (SLNR) maximization and the receive signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) maximization, respectively. Then a modified weighted SLNR scheme is proposed for the pre-coders by taking the channel condition into account. To further improve the user rate performance, an iteration algorithm is considered for the joint design. And a closed form of the combiners is further derived for one data stream. The average user rate and symbol error rate (SER) are investigated through Monte Carlo simulation. The simulation results show that a good performance on the user rate and SER is achieved by the proposed scheme.
